No Refunds on Digital Products
All StemStack products are digital downloads. Once a product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered, we are unable to offer a refund. As the product can be viewed immediately upon purchase, it is not possible to verify whether the content has been accessed.
This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content that has been made available for download where the consumer has consented to supply beginning before the cancellation period has expired.

2. Products & Digital Downloads
All StemStack products are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you will receive a private download link on the confirmation page. A copy will also be sent to your email address within 24 hours of purchase. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the purchased materials for your own private study only.
Delivery timescales are provided as a guide only. Whilst StemStack endeavours to fulfil all orders within the stated timeframe, delivery may on occasion take longer due to operational circumstances. StemStack shall not be liable for any delay in delivery beyond the estimated timeframe, provided that delivery is completed within a reasonable period. If you have not received your download within 72 hours of purchase, please contact stemstack.ltd@gmail.com.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not: share, redistribute, resell, upload, or reproduce any StemStack materials in any format, whether for free or for commercial gain. You may not claim authorship of any StemStack content. Breach of this clause may result in legal action.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. As our products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Limitation of Liability
StemStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

StemStack reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
