No Refunds on Digital Products

All StemStack products are digital downloads. Once a product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered, we are unable to offer a refund. As the product can be viewed immediately upon purchase, it is not possible to verify whether the content has been accessed.

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content that has been made available for download where the consumer has consented to supply beginning before the cancellation period has expired.

You may not: share, redistribute, resell, upload, or reproduce any StemStack materials in any format, whether for free or for commercial gain. You may not claim authorship of any StemStack content. Breach of this clause may result in legal action.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. As our products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5. Accuracy of Content

StemStack makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of its content. Our materials are produced by humans, with AI tools used to assist in the drafting process. All content is reviewed and edited before publication. However, StemStack does not guarantee the complete accuracy of any material, nor does it guarantee examination success. Always cross-reference with your teacher or official specification.

6. Intellectual Property

All StemStack content, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of StemStack. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal proceedings.

7. Limitation of Liability

StemStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
